Mobray Return Policy
At Mobray, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our shapewear products, we do not offer returns. However, we are happy to assist with exchanges for size adjustments to ensure the best fit and comfort.
Exchange Policy for Sizing
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are accepted only for sizing issues and must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of wear or does not meet the above criteria.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Contact us at exchange@mobray.in with your order number, the size you originally ordered, and the size you would like to exchange for.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process, including shipping instructions and any applicable fees.
Exchange Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
- As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹100.This fee has to be paid at the time of raising an exchange request
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for certain items
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 of receiving it. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Mobray reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time.
